remap for camper? pro's and cons

don't know if i'm in the right part, but seeing as i'm a newbie please forgive me.
i converted a 350/90 lwb hi roof van into a camper a few months ago and after a few trips out i feel it could do with a few more ponies.
but fistly i could do with some ideas for creature comforts in the cab area as it's just a basic model one

PS can a de cat help in the power gain area and does it affect the emissions for mot's???????
