cooker pipe problem

Postby dingdangdo » Wed Sep 23, 2009 1:02 pm

I've hit a problem, the cooker I have been given for the van has a 6mm copper pipe on it, and was out of a static caravan,I know the cooker works as it should but all I seem to find is 8mm fittings(the 8mm barb adapter bottom of the page ) , so theres a whackin 2mm difference :? .

so what can I do or where can I find something to sort it?(as I've now cut a cooker sized hole in the sink unit now  ),

any good plummer merchant should sell you an insert that converts 8mm down to 6mm it goes in with the olive... I think :-)
