I don't know if I joined this group years ago when I was building my campervan or not, but I certainly used it a lot for ideas and troubleshooting different issues over the years. I have a 2008 VM High Roof that I converted as a Covid lockdown project. I was in Melbourne so we had really long lock downs so the conversion kept me sane. Since travelled up to Queensland and back over a 6 weeks, long weekends away, and just done two months driving to Exmouth WA and back. We use the van every weekend as we set it up for scuba diving and for our photography. Clocked over 500,000kms now and had some age related issues like alternator dying, power steering hose coupling blowing out, and oil mist from PCV going thru turbo / inlet. Hopefully that is cured with a catchcan installed.
