The first thing I tried to do was the tracking, and both tie rods ends have seized! I have spent the day on the phone and I cant find any. Any of you lovely people have a good idea?

Hello! I am on my 4th Transit, my newest toy being a MK3 County 4x4. Beam axle and twin wheeled goodness
The first thing I tried to do was the tracking, and both tie rods ends have seized! I have spent the day on the phone and I cant find any. Any of you lovely people have a good idea?
