197bhp 2.2 fwd 2008 Transit.
It all started when I got a spare Garret turbo for my l322. I thought I can get this fit my 2.2 85bhp transit I have already had it mapped but I wanted more. After making a new exhaust manifold and reconnecting the exhaust it fit. It worked ok but I had alot of lag and it was not quiet right. So I swapped it for a td04hl it worked much better but I still had lag (a lot) so then I decided to go for the compound turbo idea. After a few weekends I had designed and made the turbo link pipes and remade the exhaust manifold and exhaust exit pipe. This worked much better I had no lag and loads of boost. I have also changed the intercooler and link pipes. This gave me 150bhp. After lots of research I changed the injectors and nozzles for bigger ones. I’m running about 26 psi . On my last dyno run I have 197 bhp. It’s like a rocket ship . I’m happy with this bhp so im not deciding to go any further with tuning . I know it will go bang I knew this from the start so don’t make your self look stupid by saying it will. also I could of swapped the engine for something else but i did not want to. I wanted to see how much power I could get out of a standard transit engine. Iv done alot of mods to many to list. A Big thanks to dyno-tech.co.uk for helping me with the remaps .

Nice power, but very strange curves? What are the two spikey curves on the left of the graph?

It's how it was running after I changed the injectors and the nozzles for bigger ones. I think could do with a more powerful pump for the top end.

So the two curves on the left are when you first put it on the rollers and the two on the right are after it was remapped?

What are the nozzles for?

Do you not get a lot of torque steer with that power going through the front wheels :?
