Morning all.

Thought I'd make myself known to the forum. I've recently got myself a 2011 2.4 jumbo which has now been panelled out and part fitted as a motorhome/camper. Still plenty of hooking up to do especially electrics and water but it's mostly functional for summertime useage anyway. I'm digging for info about the bus and will for sure be asking some questions about it. I'm a fiddler who has moved from Land Roverss ( 1966 type ) and motorbikes ( Old Nortons ) so am not afraid to get my hands dirty. Already done a few mods like single seating the passenger side and the aforementioned camper building. This is going to be my home on the road so I'll be needing plenty of info about the what to expect stuff. Already identified a clunky diff, which I can drive around for now, so will be looking for a replacement axle at some point. Other than that it looks pretty good. Light on the usual rust spots ( as advised by a long time transiteer) and pulls like a train ( 2.4 - 115 ). Will need a service due to a slightly wobbly tickover sometimes but has spent it's life as a carpet fitters van from the fluff I got out from under the floorboards. Got 130k on it and running ok so far. Will meet you on the boards with some stupid. boring, oft asked questions when I fail to get the hnag of the search function ( already given me some headaches ).

I've even used my real name to register which is a first for me.
