Hi,
my daughter just bought a 1983 MK2 with the 2.4l diesel engine.
It is the camper model with elevating roof.
Unfortunately the engine has some issues so we expect to have quite some fun fixing it and getting it back onto the road.
We live in southern Bavaria close to the Alps.
Happy to find nice contacts in this forum.
