There is so much info on this build and the whole weekend project it's difficult to find certain specific info - so if anyone has any questions no matter how trivial dont feel daft just ask here

even if you can find a thread and need it pointing out

that way we can answer for everyone

Are you short of anything now or have you got everything you need?

hmmmmm basically we have everything we need to do the main work on the van - ive got paint panels etc.

we are relying on a few people who've promised things to actually turn up and bring them but we are a reliable lot on here so we should be ok

there are a few things we dont have - stuff like a decent steering wheel (the one on the van is knackered) but these things wont stop the van being built and can be added later

those who are coming please have a look through your sheds and garages anything you think might be usefull bring it along or post up here

tins of filler sanding disks angle grinder disks etc. general tools - bits of metal sheet off cuts angles, bars, nuts and bolts etc. anything we might need bring them along

Well if you take your engine crane it means I can take pretty much everything I need in one go, the van will be very sluggish but so long as the diff holds out it will get there

I'll get up there some time thurs morning then and rip that dirty Di out

If I have a drink or two in the evening and sleep in the back of the van, Could the police charge me for something like, Drunk incharge of a vehicle???

Ive missed so much over the past 6 weeks the forums like a time shift or something so much has been happening and im struggling to get a grip (no shed ) with it all....
