ideas for the van?

Look in here for details of the fourms weekend makeover project. We will be doing a Transit restoration project over a few weekends and auctioning it off for charity once completed. Everyone is welcome to come along and take part.

as for driving it - i think once its built everyone who's been involved with the build should have a go (if they want) - mabe we can take it to some private land nearby :idea: 8)

I agree, having recently had to read a lot of the SVA rules n regs I can't see it needing anything other than an MOT and declared mods for the insurance :D

Speaking of insurance, assuming we can get it MOT'd close to the build site I can drive it to its temporary home on my trade insurance :wink:



i just thought it was a point worth making as i dont know the regs on things like this, didnt want anyone coming a cropper after all the work and getting a ticket or a prohibition on it because of some Vosa muppet

They do like nice but i say alot of work to make them fit

I think those lights look cool.Some more modern rear lights only have one reversing light and I think they look a bit odd with only one. IMHO

I think it needs a rear wing spoiler on the roof :)
