Following a message from Transit Jono, it has been suggested we talk about sleeping arrangements.
There will be some room in the yard, and we are on private property, so parking in the access roads will not be a problem over the weekend.
Some of you will have vans/caravans you wish to sleep in, no problems there.
I am negotiating with a local pub that has campers/caravans for workers in the garden and I am hoping that as the work is for charity that we can secure some parking for you guys. Don't hold your breath for free beer though :(
I will keep you informed.
Look forward to meeting all you guys :D

we (nothern lads) have talked about bringing tonys caravan down - dont know how many of us will fit in   but i dont mind kipping in the back of my van :D

Yeah dieselhead, Ali is a real "Tea Totaler!" Never touches a drop, so there's no need to call out the local Crowd Control Forces. :)

What is now needed to finish the Van?(apart from vast numbers of bodies) Parts, materials etc.etc. ?
A new list with exactly what we "Have" and "Have Not" would be useful and who is looking after each bit. just so we don't get held up due to missing bits. Mealic mentioned some . . . .
mealic wrote:We also need the flat screen and the sound system that was offered/donated by someone.Captains chairs need to be fitted on to purpose built bases and we need to discuss any mods to cab and dash.Be good to meet up and work with everyone again .

So a complete "Missing" list might help. :?

A DA is an orbital sander Robbie :D I've taken a couple of nights off work this week, so today, tomorrow and Friday I'll be at Sheffield getting the bodywork as close to finished as possible.... Hopefully, the da work will be done, and it'll be a case of finishing off and painting it :D
