whats happening?

Look in here for details of the fourms weekend makeover project. We will be doing a Transit restoration project over a few weekends and auctioning it off for charity once completed. Everyone is welcome to come along and take part.

hi, i have not long got in from work and i must say the van looks great all ready and i admire all the hard work all of you are doing and only wish i could of helped.

just seen pics exelent if its gonna be going on over a few weekends can defenatly make one just this weekend no transport
if its got tits or wheels its always gonna end in trouble !!!
anyone can restore a van but it takes a real man to chop it up !!!

i guess they have now sorted the electric proplem out now..??

The Ordinary Van visits an Extraordinary Event

Big respect to everyone taking part - it certainly is a project and a half! Good work was being done but there is still a way to go. In optimistic mood, Luke thought the 'new' van would be driving round the yard by the end of the day!

I arrived at about 0915 and work was already in full swing. Here are some pictures from this morning ...

Thanks for the updates guys! :D I can confirm that the van has been on it's first and tenth spin around the unit, all under it's own power and ON SIX WHEELS! :cool: :cool: :cool:

You have done well lads no more trouble with the welders then,how did that converted propshaft
hold out ? knowing how well matt and rover worked on it bet it was straight as an arrow :D :D
