we'll have to work out a schedule but say we start on the thursday arrive midday set up and by the evening i dont see any reason we cant have it stripped to a shell, that doesnt take long
that gives friday morning have the van on it's side welded underneith - while the welders are on it the bodyworkers can get to work on the doors and other bits that would be off the van by now and the mechanics can start refirbing parts etc.
once the vans back on its wheels the bodywork can start also the engine could be fitted running gear sorted etc.
one thing i did see on an episode of overhaulin was they did a chevy van and had a spare van for building templates on to save time (mainly interior work)- this is mabe something we could do, all we'd need is another bare swb mk3/4/5 available
when the actual paint is put on obviously we'd not be able to have anyone but the sprayer working on the van so we might be better planning this to be done late on sat evening or night so it can bake overnight and ready for the morning
then sunday to build it all up
lots of other jobs things like building an exhaust could be done inbetween - this is the sort of thing if we got 1 or 2 volenteers that took over the task of building the exhaust.
all the running gear, axles springs crossmembers etc. would be stripped off and cleaned up (be nice if we got a shotblaster

) then hammerited before going back on - this would be a relitivley easy job but a few people could take on as their responsibility
that'd be how we need to organise it so every job has a person(s) assigned to it and everyone has an alocated time to get it done
