serisously tho i think keep it simple 2 main reasons people cutting welding on the outside ummmm fire :shock: :wink: 2nd cost most van owners end up spending twice what the cost and as the van is free that isnt given us much of a budget :lol: god i posted somthink half senceable :shock: :lol:

here's my ideas as you say keep it basic :D

    ply lined with carpeted walls
    bed frame at the back (pink sheets not mandatory)
    storage underneith accesed from back doors and inside
    table in the middle
    swivel captains seats (if we can get some)

and a porthole - nothing to do with the interior :lol:

So we don't need the dash either. Or the sound proofing.

Just giving my opinion as a Carpenter/joiner

The work that Luke has mentioned:

New ply lining on all side walls, rear doors, floor etc

Build a bed with storage

Build and fit bespoke table etc

Unless you have some proper templates which you can used for the ply lining, even though the rear sides will be custom (due to the extra wheels).

To get all this work done to a high standard it will take around 2 days for one person without anyone being in the way and having all chippy tools there to get this work done.
