Order books are clearly open, dealers are posting the VINS.

You can get the 311th van off the line here:
http://www.autonation.com/new/2015/ford ... G0FKA00311

and look up the VIN here :
http://researchmaniacs.com/VIN-Number-L ... /Ford.html

If it is not obvious, I really really need a van.

Speaking of which, and maybe this should be a separate thread, but does anybody yet know what bigger wheels and tyres may be used? I am guessing the question will be asked by others.

According to the UAW local 249 facebook page, some production starts April 21:

United Auto Workers Local 249

Transit is still shooting for Job 1 on April 21. There are still issues in all departments that are being worked out. It is likely we will not launch all models on this date just a few that are approved as okay to buy. As we ramp up, and continue to address issues with the other Transit versions, they will be put into production at later dates.

Hi Folks. :D

I like the roof marker lights, don't think that'll be a European option but I suspect when the times comes to replace my MK7 i'll get them fitted.I am not sure about copying Mercedes Benz,it's just evolution and the next generation of cars and vans having better ideas incorporated into them, every brand does it they all 'borrow' ideas off each other.

I was surprised to see those lights too - they were not on preproduction photos.

Externally the only real differences seem to be the antenna location , the side reflectors and those lights.

i still have not seen fog lights on the USA version either.
