Premium diesels

What's the consensus on premium diesels, since got my new transit point be been using the ultimate stuff roughly about 10p per litre more. My thinks Is that it's kinder on th engine.

It's a Transit van not a high performance diesel car, but if you want to use it then it won't do any harm.
