Heater blowing cold

Postby KevofCov » Thu Oct 21, 2021 8:31 am

Van is a 2015 3.5t 2.2 duratorq rwd Trend

Needed heat in my cab for the first time this morn and its not blowing any heat. Coolant level is normal, engine running as normal. Blower working normally as is the blower direction control. The two heater pipes to the bulk head are normal. AC is ok. In fact everything is normal except now blowing cold (there maybe the smallest hint of heat)
Any thoughts anybody?

Isn't this the infamous 'blend door actuator'

It seems to feature in many threads of this nature, often needing a new motor :(
