dpf professionally cleaned ,second time

first time before clean , flow 162 m3/u pressure 40 mbar
after clean flow 211m3/u pressure 33 mbar

sec.time before clean flow 199 m3/u pressure 42 mbar
after clean flow 207 m3/u pressure 36 mbar


what are the values of new dpf ? what is the range it should be ?


when i drive with cleaned filter soot goes up quickly and pressure is 350mbar under load ( acceleration) , car goes in re-gen immediately.

is 350 mbar to high ? thx

350 mbar (35kpa) seems a little on the high side, is that full throttle or just cruising at motorway speed.

Is it definitely regenerating properly? They won't even try to regen usually if they detect any other fault.

What are the temps when it tries to regen? I have changed 6 vapourisers on our fleet now, they always seem to block up eventually, doesn't seem to throw a fault other than dpf loading high most of the time.

yes its at full throttle ,

the car is re-gen all the time it doesn't stop temt goes to 650c vaporizer is working .

we thought its regenerating because of the high pressure, should i try another dpf filter ??

filter cleaned again 3 time now ,

1 40 mbar 162 m3 clean 32mbar 211 m3
2 42 mbar 199 m3 clean 36mbar 207 m3
3 35 mbar 210 m3 clean 16mbar 310 m3

they keep saying filter is ok , but how is the difference to explain ? i contacted ford several times but no reply , what should the readings be on a new filter ?? does somebody know ?
