ECU test and repair recommendations

Postby bun7575 » Mon Apr 27, 2026 6:34 am

Hi guys so I'm pretty much decided that my ECU is toast but I would like to get it verified and then repaired.
Can anyone suggest a place that's good preferably specializing in transits that will bench test my ECU?

Don't want to get stung!!!
Thanks

Cheaper to get a second hand one and fire that in.

there have been cases of the Power Control Module (PCM) getting water in the multiplug and inside the PCM..
ECU -- is electronic control module -- is a general term that may get people mixed up with other modules.

so work checking that before you spend the dosh
