460 Minibus Side Step

Hi all, I want to disable the side step controls and its safety cut-out completely. Can anyone suggest someone who can offer this service for me? I understand this may need changes to the IPC, and PCM but all of this is beyond me.

Based in Manchester but will travel to get this done properly. I have the step wired in to a stand alone controller but currently have to set the step to off via the steering wheel controls every time I start the van,

If it can be done, then I would hazard a guess that Vantuner can do it, but he's a bit of a shlepp from Manchester (NW London)
