So good news in part! That at least seems fairly conclusive about an issue along the length somewhere of CB125.
As to the locations of connectors, Ford are a little, light on detail...
C900 is listed as 'Roof, front, RH side'
C311 is listed as 'Kickpanel, passenger side, top', but also 'A-Pillar LH'
Separately, because the full manual is quite piecemeal, they're listed as 'inline', which probably shouldn't come as a surprise.
So I'm writing this out as I'm going through the diagrams, and I have found a couple which I think will be more useful
This is the position of C311:

As I recall from my Transit, I've done some things with C0311 before (and on the 2.0L models, they just put a zero before the connector numbers), the easiest access to start with, before you have to start pulling whole bits of trim out is just to drop the glovebox to the floor - there are some clips at the top when opened. If you look towards the firewall, near the bottom of the A-pillar, you'll see a fairly large grey connector - the manuals indicate it has at least 57 positions, although not all are populated. If I recall, it may even have a blank handle that you use to separate the two parts. Being able to remove that connector without removing the trim may prove harder though, but it's really I think where you need to get to, so you can check if there is a voltage from F35 to pin 26. Hopefully you can confirm the wiring colours are roughly in the right place before committing!
There's another large connector in the vicinity, it's black, rectangular, and needs a bolt undone to disconnect it, I'm pretty sure from memory it's not this one - and likely only visible if you start removing trim.
This is the position of C900:

I've been in there previously to play with the microphone but I couldn't say with any certainty what's going on with the connectors up there. However, I'm looking into a different manual now, and concerned I may have given you something from a Transit Custom rather than full Transit. The fundamentals are really the same though. Except... the lower connector is called C311 in the diagram I gave you, it may be C300 in the Transit - but still pin 26, and the position information I've given you is still good.
Where it differs is the connector by the lights - in this case it may be called C9106 - in which case you're looking at pin 1.
In fact, this is the other diagram:

And in fact, looking up C9106, it has a location listed as 'Center of roof', which ties in more with what I'd expect. Looking at another diagram, they're likely very close and this is somewhat academic. Check the new pin number on the connector you found.
If you have found voltage at C300/C311, then with it disconnected, you'd want to check the resistance between there and the upper connector.
I'm not sure if I'm reading correctly in your last post about getting continuity for a time after the door closes. I assume you'd only get that with the battery connected - be very careful about continuity measurements with the battery connected, the readings you get may not be accurate and could potentially cause damage in e.g. the BCM, if you're on certain wires.
Anyway, hope that helps - I think it should let you pin down where the break/cut is!

Noel
