What do people think of this blokes fuel consumption claims?. Recons he's gone from 32MPG to 46MPG just by adding 2 stroke. He says he fills that bottle to the top with oil and adds it to every fill up of diesel. Those battery bottles hold 1ltr, that's 1000ml. A 1000ml seems a lot to be adding to 50-60ltrs of fuel every time.

I am a great believer in adding 2-stroke ... my van loves it.
Not sure it increases MPG by very much but it sure runs better.

I've been on 2t for 7000+ miles, the mpg hasn't changed noticeably really, its not any worse approx 30mpg but the smiles per mile have gone through the roof... 300/350mls in 75lts...by mistake I ended up with 450mls in 1/4 tank once and did about 50miles before I could dilute it, she pulled like a train but felt less willing to rev higher than 3000rpm.
I think it's more noticable now when I dont put it in the drop in torq catches me out at mini roundabouts and narrow lanes when you drop below 1500rpm the van seems to just give up and needs a downshift with 2t you can drop to about 1100/1200 rpm and pull away cleanly.

Yes, similar with ours. We had a situation in France earlier this year when filling up - put 300ml into almost empty tank and pump ran out of diesel after a couple of spurts. Had to drive to another station on about 10:1 2st and noticed the extra torque.

I like the diesel to churn it all up - so I put it in first! Not that often pumps run out diesel mid fill!

Getting close to 15k on 2t oil mix, the van has never gone better
