Although I am not the OP here, I can answer the question asked:

Yes you can retrofit the bi-xenon HIDs to the 2019+ transit vans. There are two methods - no adaptions (you'll need to replace the engine bay fuse box) or by splicing into the dipped beam supply wire to each lamp and switching in a high power source via a relay. You will need to make the changes discussed via Forscan or similar coding tool for either.

By replacing the engine bay fuse box (referred to as the battery junction box) with a variant that has the built-in PCB relays for the HIDs you won't need to make any wiring changes and the headlamps will by plug-and-play with no errors. No wiring changes are needed because the halogen lamps still pass their low beam signal through that fuse box - the difference is that they are fed by the BCM and the HIDs have a separate supply. Which variant to change to depends on the current vehicle spec, but variants A# and B# have the relays (second letter is the minor revision). e.g. I switched from KK3T-14D068-GE to KK3T-14D068-BE, but have also seen an AC variant work.

If you want cornering lamps you'll need the headlamp module inside the dash above the glove box (on RHD), but you can go without if you just want the main lamps and DRL. If you don't have the connector for that module present, or have the cornering lamps already, you can splice one in using the wiring diagrams.

Hi all, looking for some help with forscan regarding forscan and HID bi xenon retro fit. I’ve installed the headlights and also the engine fuse box with the part number in post above with the pcb for the HIDs after installing all my drls work when lights are off but soon as I turn them on the drls go off, no side lights or drl, and main beam yes but no drls. Indicators and full beam work fine.

Could someone if possible please help with coding these via forscan to work properly

Thanks to anyone who can help

Update!!!

genuine ford bi xenons have now been coded via forscan

after scouring the internet and asking questions on transit forums and looking to possible go back to halogen lights with led bulbs and with no directions as to get these coded so i spent a few hours trial and erroring and after some patience i have now sorted the coding out

the drls now come on on open, the drls works when lights are off, they also dim when indicating they then dim when lights are switched on low high and main beam work fine

just need to change the headlight control module under drivers side and programme it to vehicle to get the cornering lights to work

what a difference to standard lights and totally changes the front of the truck

Hi all
I’m after some advice if possible
I’ve recently purchased a 67 plate AWD transit for camping and it’s came with the above Bi xenon headlights,
Cut a long story short they are not working and I was wondering if they are actually compatible
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi all sorry for hi jacking the post
I’m after some help or advice if possible
I have recently purchased a 2018 transit awd for camping and it’s been sold with the xenon lights however these are not welcomed by the van, infact very dangerous as they are. They flicker and go off after 10 mins and was wondering if that are actually compatible?
Any help would be much appreciated

I currently have this problem, DRLs go off when i turn the main beam on, does any one know how to fix this? I have enabled drls on when main beam is on in forscan but it still does not make the drls come on with main lights on
