Van floor versus van belt?

Postby MrLickLonger » Tue May 06, 2014 10:18 pm

I was looking at the length of the bed of the Jumbo and it says 172 inches at the floor and 162 inches at the belt.

Belt?

So either it has 14.3 feet or 13.5 feet of cargo length space.

So what is a van belt?

It probably refers to the load length at waist height, allowing for the reduction in length caused by the shape of the bulkhead behind the seats and also any slope caused bepy the rear doors
