mk8 paint issues

Hi everyone, bought a new mk8 ordered in February finally delivered in June. Mechanically wise van is running perfectly however the paintwork is another story. I got it in moondust silver but the paint looks like it has tiger stripes down both sides of van. Also side loading door seams to be a shade different to panels on passenger side, has anybody had similar problems?

The tiger stripe issue is actually called cloudiness or a cloudy base coat. What happens is parts of the base coat dry a bit before the second coat is applied. And the dried parts of the base tend to look darker or lighter, very common issue on mettalics especially silvers. As for the door looking a different shade i would take it to a detailer to check paint depth with a gauge and he can tell you if its been repainted or not.
