A key factor which helps deliver the advancements in fuel efficiency is the inclusion of Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) which features AdBlue. All Stage VI models will now be fitted with a 21L AdBlue tank that helps to deliver up to 12.4% improvement in fuel efficiency and helps to reduce NOx emissions by 55% from 180mg/km to just 80mg/km vs. the current Stage V model.
• Payload Remains Uncompromised
The introduction of Stage VI engines has not impacted the existing impressive payload capabilities of the Transit even with a full AdBlue tank.
• When specifying the Auto Start Stop option payload is increased as follows:
Model With Start/Stop Without Start/Stop
290/310 19kg increase 1kg decrease
330 44kg increase 23kg increase
350 21kg less N/A
• Reduced fuel bills, Extended Service Intervals
