Fault won't clear

My m8s tourneo.
He put it in for service and they managed to fit the air filter box incorrectly which caused the an to run very erratically.
They refitted it properly and now every morning , even before you start it, it comes up service vehicle etc.
I plugged it in and it said too much air or something, can't remember the code.
I cleared it and it fine, but it comes back every morning
