Transit 350 limp mode esp light

2015 transit 350 155ps rwd
ESP light comes on dash and goes in to limp mode when driving only fault code I see is uo401-68 have herd engine loom could be corroded any one had a similar problem ?

what does it say on dash display readout ? you will have an exclamation mark sign and a ping telling you that you have a fault ,go into your dash settings what does it say ?

It comes up with engine service now and Hill assist not avalible when you turn the engine off it all clears then comes back on after driving a few miles

it could be dpf filter blocked , these were the same symptoms when mine blocked, the esp light comes on when most faults occur ,it needs a proper code read to get to bottom of it
