Brake pad warning light wiring diagram

Does anyone know where the wiring starts and finishes and the route around the van to check out?

All 4 sensors at the sensor join are yellow and white and the 2 rear ones go to multi connector and change colours so no clue where they end up.

Light is beginning to annoy me now as I can not find any broken wires and probably would just like to eliminate it all together.
