Transit minibus window clip

Postby transitminibus » Mon Apr 15, 2019 10:13 am

I've got a 2018 Ford Transit minibus and one of the clips on the front offside passenger window (the sliding one in the passenger area) has disappeared. I need to get a replacement but cannot for the life of me find one online. Can anybody point me towards anywhere I might be able to get hold of one, or alternatively just tell me the proper name for this part so I can search for it?! Any help gratefully appreciated.

I'm sure a main dealer would be able to get one for you. Parts like that aren't expensive.

Thanks - I popped in to my local dealer yesterday but they have just emailed back saying the part isn't available as an individual part, it has to be purchased as the whole window. I'll have to hunt a bit harder it seems.

We have a 16 seater plus driver, 18 plate, it drives very well and isn't that bad on fuel. It can be a bit rattly occasionally that is all but it is lovely to drive, effortless.

Assuming that you have a similar clip on another window, is there not a part number moulded in to the plastic :?:
