Petrol in a diesel transit euro 6

Just put £2.00 of petrol in my transit custom euro 6 van realised what I had done and then totally filled van with diesel should I drain tank ? any advise

I thought all transits were fitted with the diesel only filler cap and a petrol nozzle wouldn't open it ?

Personally I wouldn't bother as it's only a litre and a half in 70 Ltrs.

But don't take my word on it.

They are, even Stevie Wonder wouldn’t be able to misfuel a modern Transit.

OP, just fill it with diesel it’ll be fine, you get sod all petrol for £2 these days.

if you put a petrol motor into your diesel vehicle is it OK to use the factory diesel fuel tank and intank pump with the new fuel?

Just worried about seals etc being not ok with petrol.

Could be worried about nothing.
