Carbon monoxide Transit 2017

We recently had an event while towing a utility trailer with our 2017 transit with a tow package. All 13 passengers showed signs of carbon monoxide poisoning and 6 were treated. About a month later another towing transit in our area had a similar event. I am looking for others that have dealt with this issue.
