Can i fit mk7 alloys to a mk8?

Ive just brought a 16 plate jumbo and wanted to know if i can fit my ford alloys from my mk7? i know the tyres are slightly wider on the mk8 just checking if ok?

The wheels will fit, same PCD, same stud size, but the Mk7 alloy wheel nuts won't fit as the thread pitch is different.

I'm assuming that the weight rating is the same

Perfect got some twin wheels nuts for it, new powder coated alloys on! just need to sort centre caps out
