Replacing Bump Stops

Hi does anyone know how to remove a worn bump stop ? Ive bought a replacement but cant work out how to remove the old one and ford wont tell me how to do but will fit at there normal rates!!

On the new bump stop does it have a bolt coming out of the middle of the base or threaded hole or just a hole it may just screw off or a bolt up the centre as it goes onto a box section it must have a captive nut in the chassis to screw into

No bolt or thread on new bump stop a hole in the centre of bump stop and the a few more smaller holes round the outside of the bump atop

You need to jack up van to drop axle as far as possible and use socket and short extension up the centre of bump stop to remove bolt.
Can not remember the size but simple enough when you suss the right size socket.
