Sliding door catching just before its fully shut?

Postby chriswalk » Mon Dec 02, 2019 1:55 pm

I have an odd issue with the side sliding door.

When I close the door the roller on the bottom runner catches on some metal bodywork that is right in under the area just behind the fuel filler area.

It was silky smooth the other day till a few stones in the back fell against the door on the inside.

Other than the clicking when I shut it, all the door gaps are equal and look right and there is no visible damage like the lower roller arm is bent.

If when closing I lift the door slightly it closes with no clicking, so that says to me something has dropped ????????????. Any ideas most welcome. If the lower roller arm thing could be lifted slightly i think it would fix it, but can it be lifted?

Lower roller can be adjusted up and down, using the bolts that hold it to the door....
And in/out distance using the 2 13mm's.
