I've just had a mate ring to tell me my brake lights are on.
I locked the van up 4 hrs ago....
Turns out the pedal lock wasn't seated quite right although I do think it's pretty sh*t they're not on a switched live.

Lots of vehicles have brake lights on permeant live...
I guess its a safety thing in case the ignition fails whilst you are moving etc?
