Gearbox issues!

I have a 2016 L3H2 125ps fwd transit, this morning with no real warning I popped out of 6th...then a bad whirring noise whilst driving...I have since been towed home. When you press the clutch it goes away but it will not go into 5th or 6th gear. I suspect box knackered...is the box in this van the same as Any mk7/8 6 speed fwd? Does the 2.0 box also fit...just trying to source one on ebay and unsure of what type of box it is!

You need to get it diagnosed first, might be something else. I would look to a reconditioned box rather than buy 'pot luck' off Ebay from some scallywag.
These guys are excellent https://www.reconditioned-gearbox.co.uk They will collect your box, repair and return with a warranty so you know your getting the right one. They may even have one on the shelf ready for you....
