Lights coming on when opening doors.

I've asked this before but hoping someone has come up with the answer since.
Is there a way to stop the head and tail lights from coming on when opening doors?
My vans a camper now so it's annoying to me let alone others camping near.
I would think they'd have a way around this as there's more ford's being used for professional build campers now.

Yep, someone with ids may have offered to do it for you if you’d answered. As it is, it looks like you either couldn’t be bothered to answer or you’d fixed the issue and not bothered to come and update your thread.

Easy on crapatalk, and doable on web forum but can't remember how exactly ATM.

In the Mk7 it's a setting in BCM config, "home safe lighting" or something like that... which you can change using "module programming" function in IDS (or forscan but not tried myself)

There may be other members with IDS around your part of the country who may help if they knew where you are updating your profile info helps in these kind of matters also

Finally sussed it out.. Once ignition is switched off switch lights from auto to off then back to auto again within 2 seconds and it beeps and comes up home safe lights on.. Sorted!!!

I tried "Police Dark Mode" nothing at all, I think works for Custom Transit, not Transit Van.
