Demist will not turn off

Now the owner of a 2021 mild hybrid transit, had to turn on the screen demist for the first time yesterday, problem is now the screen demist will not turn off ??. Any ideas how to turn the screen demist off.....

Welcome to the forum 
If you mean the aircon, it will stay on whilst the air direction control is turned to 'screen'
