Disc Part Numbers

Apologies if this is a stupid question,

I am about to change the brakes on my 64 plate 2.2 RWD, When looking on Catcar i get 1842633, but cant seem to find them.

When looking around i came across the transit centre which has a few different numbers under the RWD 2014. Is there multiple part numbers for the same part?

Would it be safe to assume if one of these other numbers has the same dimensions which it appears 2110200 has that it would be the same part?

There are two styles of Ford transit LWB Hi-top 3.5t RWD transit. One has four wheels the other has six. This could be causing part number issue’s.
