constant regen over and over

hi , i still have code p0299 , went to a diagnostic center were they checked the engine , the conclusion was that the the car is regenerating over and over , it starts when i drive 60 mph i get code p0299 (limb mode) turn key to remove code, car goes to regen temp goes up to 650 celsius (sensor 13) for about 15 minutes , then code p0299 and starts al over again.

dpf 80 - 90 % temp goes up from around 450 c til 650 c degrees for about 15 minutes then % goes down
the difference in pressure is 350 mbar

dpf professionaly cleaned 3000km ago also completely new turbo installed egr is working fine 13.3333% closed (power needed) until 60 %driving 60mph (almost no power needed)

I don’t know if this will help but when mine wouldn’t do a forced regen it had a faulty thermostat
