Speedo and revcounter showing wrong reading

Well,
Here we go again, turbo went two days ago and today I went over a small speedbump and the speedo and revcounter are now totally feked.

So my questions are,
1. How to remove the clocks
2. can i adjust the needles to zero again once they are removed?

HELP I am really at mu=y wits end I cant get this white elephant to run right even long enough to sell it.....
