Engine Knocking / Trouble Idling When Cold - Videos Added

Hi all,

First post, but hopefully somebody can help,

I have a 2019 Transit Van (Auto) which when cold has trouble starting, it sounds horrendous and struggles to idle along with a loud knocking, there are no Error Codes or engine management lights. When it warms up it's absolutely fine, starts and runs okay. I've done some videos, please see below:

It's currently under Ford Warranty as it's only 2.5 years old, but as there are no code-errors Ford keep saying nothing is wrong.

Can anybody on here please give me any advice or point me in the right direction?

Try run it with the belts off,from the video it doesnt sound like an internal noise. Possible fault with one of the pulleys or alternator. Once the belts are off spin each one byhand and feel for any play or roughness.
