2016 2.2tdci 100 HP SUDDENLY SHUTOFF ON HIGHWAY, WONT START

Hello to all the community,
I am new to the forum, in need of some help with an 2016 2.2 tdci 100hp Transit that suddenly went off on highway after driving for about 8 hours and now cranks but wont start.
It does not pull nothing serious from diag scan that can trigger the wont start issue, ( scanned with Launch, Delphy and one more can't remember brand maybe Autel ), petrol refuel discarded ( didn't happen :))).
We do have some live data feed issues on Launch, attaching photos on the bottom. The boost position actuator out of range from one of the photos must have been triggered some year ago as we changed a turbo without making no software recon/adaptation, although van was running without issues all the time since but I think that might have caused that the van won't regenerate dpf so we have some soot acumulación that yet I don't know if that level of soot can be the issue.
Since we started with it, we have checked that fuel gets to High pressure common rail pump from low pump ( just visually, disconnecting the quick connector that feeds the high pressure pump ), fuel from high pressure pump gets into common rail and reaches all 4 injectors, although we tested "on cranking" rail pressure with Launch and pulled out between 11.000 to 15.000 kpa ( @ 150 bars ) so we changed the common rail with another one and meanwhile got the high pressure fuel pump out and sent it to a diesel injection lab to diagnose, the pump works fine, adjust pression upto 350 bars and more son they told us from their point of view it is OK.
Mounted back on vehicle the high pressure pump and the common rail that we bought from scrapyard ( same reference on rail although pressure sensor its other brand but still 3 pin same socket, comed out of a Citroen with 125hp ford engine ), but the funny part is that now Launch displays 30.000 kpa (300 bars and below) on cranking engine, although still wont start.
To be mentioned that first of all just to discard we changed the crankshaft sensor and the camshaft one too, new ones of course... :D
We also get the injectors out and inspect them visually, no sort of malformations on the tips but did not get them to lab. cause we don't think they can trigger a non start from the sudden, van does not even tries to start just cranks on and on and nothing.
Applying auto start spray to admission, engine gets to idle revs and holds, off the spray and it offs immediately, there is good air aspiration on the intake manifold to cylinder chambers.
At this point we believe that the ECU for some reason won't open the injectors as on the common rail we have above 300 bars readings on cranking the engine but engine refuses to start.
Please if somebody maybe had similar issues or has some clue what can be going wrong suggestions are welcomed cause we are running out of ideas.
