2015 Transit won't start (Salvage) Really slow cranking

2015 transit bought salvage, came with a whole in fuel tank so swapped it for a matching part number one. Then the battery was scrap so I put 2 new batterys on; tried turning it over and just turning but not starting! Then i did some diagnostics and it had crash input data which and no response to the restraint module so I got it tested and the crash data cleared so that's all fine! Used my autel maxicom and the only issues now are glow plugs but I'm even using easystart and it's not starting? Absolute minefield! Any help appreciated!! Just seems like it's got no power it's really slow cranking

I'd check the electrical connections to the starter, particularly the earth. Might also be worth swapping out the starter - you can get a second hand starter cheaply.

Appreciate that mate got under and started taking it down it's a nightmare of a job haha! But connections don't look the best rusty etc so fingers crossed!
