Front bumper and parking sensors

Long time lurker but 1st post, so be gentle.

My mk7 packed in a month ago and I've just got a 14 plate mk8, l3h2. It comes with a warranty but they won't cover the front parking sensors. The local mechanic I usually use says it look like its been in a front end collision but it's been repaired to a decent standard but the new bumper fitted doesn't have any holes for the fro t parking sensors, they are cable tied up behind currently. But this throws the rear sensors error codes too, so no front or rear sensors.

Forscan picks up the parking aid module.
So my question is, is it a new bumper to fit the sensors or can it be modified easily by someone competent?

I'm a bit of a novice with these things.
