My new to me Transit was made in March 2019 but has this sticker on the rocker cover

Yes,looks like it’s had a replacement genuine Ford engine fitted.

That depends which dealer,
They Can only see if it’s been into their dealership or other branches.
Unless it is done under warranty then any dealer can see the repair.
Depends who changed the engine and why,but that sticker indicates a brand new genuine Ford engine.
