2016 2.2 with engine noise, to buy or not to buy :/

Hi guys,

This 2016 2.2 RWD with about 110K miles on the clock is up for auction and am considering buying it as a fixer-uppa. I'm unsure about the engine noise though... Any thoughts on possible causes much appreciated!

At first I thought the chuffing could be injector seals which would be an easy fix, but the location of the sound seems to come from lower down so am scratching my head a bit.

Would have to be less than half normal price for me to buy with that racket going on.

and the seats ripped. don't they take.
1. a number of years for that to happen.
2 lots of very short journeys and getting in and out.
3. or it has more miles than you think it has.
