No heater

Ford 2016 2.2 RWD. When it works in place it does not raise the temperature and there is no heating, when it is in motion the temperature of the dashboard rises to normal, it starts to blow warm, but on the passenger side on the driver's side it still blows cold. I replaced the thermostat and the problem remained, when I hook up the diagnostics it shows the antifreeze temperature in motion about 67°, when I stop the temperature drops. No antifreeze leaks, pipes to the engine are not hot, hoses to the cabin are hot.
