Transit 2014 drl coding with for scan from halogen to LED?

Hello we have mk8 transit that has headlights with LED strips. These LED strips comes on only when the headlights on. I have forscan and would like to change them to enable led as drl's, as by default drl lights are dipped halogen bulbs. Entered daylight runningvlights on forscan and getting 6 options:
00 not configured,
01 always dipped except in pos P,
02 Standard dipped light,
03 Always dipped lights except in position P. Adjustable to STDLIGHT (DTRL),
04 Dipped Light in all positions without cluster indication
05 Dipped light without cluster indication, Dedicated Day Running Light in Pos 0 and POS

Non of them making led strip to work as DRL. Also would like to make led light brighter
