in order to get help with your question from people here .. not me, as i know nothing about what's best. ..only upgrade i know is a "limited slip diff", you need to state FWD or RWD

Double rear wheel has to be rear wheel drive .when I had the crown wheel and pinion ratio changed had to get it from Fords but that was 8 years ago

Can I ask why you would like to replace the carrier as well as the crown wheel and pinion?

There's a crowd in the Halifax area that specialise in diff overhaul and replacement gear sets.

Depending what you intend to use the van for ie: on soft ground and spinning one wheel regularly has caused excessive wear on the spiders and gears?

I can offer ARB diff locks specifically for the Mk8 axle.
